We encrypt all traffic between our site and your browser or mobile device using HTTPS.

Datacenter

MSPCFO is hosted and managed within Amazon’s secure data centers and utilize the Amazon Web Service (AWS) technology. In terms of compliance, it has been designed and managed in alignment with regulations, standards, and best-practices including ISO 27001, SOC 1 and SOC 2/SSAE 16/ISAE 3402 (Previously SAS 70 Type II), PCI Level 1, FISMA Moderate, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).

Passwords

Your user account password is hashed and never stored in our database in a readable/unhashed
format. You are responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping it secret.  As an added level of security two factor authentication is enabled and required on all accounts.

Backups

Our databases are backed up daily and are fully restorable within minutes in the event of any
unintentional data loss.  We retain a 32 day archive of database snapshots.

Credit Cards

All credit card transactions are fully secured with the same level of encryption used by leading banks. Card information is transmitted, stored, and processed securely on a PCI-compliant network separate from your other account information.
